Sunday Lunch is a Melbourne-based communications practice specialising in hospitality and design. Creative strategy underpins everything we do: from brand to public relations, and content creation to social management. Founded in 2020, our success is built on strong relationships, lateral thinking and an agile approach within the ever-changing communications landscape.

We’re looking for someone to join us in the next stage of growth, gaining insight into the world of 360-degree communications. Alongside day-to-day support of accounts, you will be trained and mentored in the inner workings of brand, marketing and public relations, allowing you to evolve with Sunday Lunch’s expanding client base.

This newly-created role is ideal for an emerging copywriter or communications professional looking for a flexible part-time position with the opportunity to increase hours in the coming months.

— Undertaking or have completed a Bachelor of Communications or similar.
— Able to commit to 3 days of work p/w (remote working available)

Your responsibilities will include general support on several client accounts, which includes but is not limited to:— Social media calendar creation, scheduling and community management; knowledge of Later preferred but not essential— Basic design and copy for client eDMs
— Crafting copy for client assets: social media strategy, monthly content calendars, invitations, eNewsletters, media releases
— Executing client strategies across traditional PR, influencer relations and social media with guidance from the team
— Maintaining an understanding of the influencer landscape; executing campaigns, building lists, managing invitations and RSVPs
— Account coordination – managing communications calendar, research to support strategy development, updating media lists and matrices, briefing suppliers.
— Collating detailed reports
