WeMOV is growing and we are on the hunt for a consultative sales specialist to join our team in Melbourne! 

WeMOV is celebrating its 10th year this year and has grown to become one of Australia’s biggest and most trusted video production companies. Founded in Melbourne 10 years ago, WeMOV has recently opened new offices in Sydney and Brisbane and we are seeking someone to join us at the WeMOV HQ office in South Melbourne.

Working closely with the established team in Melbourne, you will take briefs, provide quotes and provide exceptional customer service to our new and existing clients. 

The role will be a combination of account management and new business development, including targeting, prospecting, pitching and winning new business opportunities.

This role would suit someone with agency or production house sales experience. You will be responsible for growing revenue with our existing clients, while also prospecting new business opportunities.

Duties will include but will not be limited to: 

  • Responding to incoming inquiries‘
  • Taking Briefs and providing clients with cost estimates
  • Preparing proposals and pitching to win business.
  • Following up with clients to confirm jobs and after projects have been completed. 
  • Leading client meetings and sales calls 
  • Prospecting and developing new business opportunities 
  • Farming and nurturing existing client relationships 
  • Liaising with the production team to on-board projects
  • Assisting with general admin duties 
  • Sales reporting 

The Successful applicant will:

  • Have a proven track record of sales in an agency, production company or similar
  • Be a solution-based salesperson with a collaborative approach 
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team 
  • Be proactive and organised 
  • Be passionate about all things digital
  • Basic design skills for creating proposals and presentations 

Familiar with systems such as Xero, Trello, Click Up and Proposal software, would be advantageous 

Attractive base salary and incentive scheme negotiable for the right candidate.
