Our fun and creative team is on the hunt for a part-time Chief Organisation Officer (Office / Admin Manager) to help deliver operational excellence by managing office and admin duties. 

The ideal candidate will be super organised with fantastic attention to detail. You’ll have experience working in an office or similar environment. This is a part-time role, ideally three days per week, with the potential to transition into a PR role after a year. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplier network – IT, couriers, printing, design, etc 
  • Manage office catering and events – office food and beverage, staff events, etc 
  • Manage office admin processes – staff leave tracker, awards and events calendar, invoice / PO processing
