Casting Assistant (Film & TV)

We are a Sydney based casting company working in film & TV. This is a casual position with the possibility of full time work. There will be a paid 5 day training period from 9am – 6pm between 23rd – 27th May 2022.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High level computer skills – Google docs/sheets, Dropbox & Social Media posts (Facebook and Instagram), Excel & Canva. Knowledge of Casting Networks & Showcast is a bonus but not essential.
• Excellent research skills
• A passion for the performing arts industry and a view to build a career in casting would be ideal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced working environment & work closely with a small, tight-knit team, as well as autonomously.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Experience in casting or production is a bonus but not essential.

Kindly note – This role is not suitable for practicing actors, as we cannot release you for castings or shoots at short notice.
