Our business is to manage, negotiate and promote the many aspects of our clients’ busy professional lives. We are a fast-paced, energetic office looking for an enthusiastic, helpful and highly organised Agent’s Assistant to join our team. It will be your job to assist the agents in all matters relating to their clients and make sure the office is running smoothly across all areas from fielding phone calls, filing, data entry, greeting guests, stationery ordering and general office duties.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their career to get a foot in the door of the arts and entertainment industry. Genuine enthusiasm for the arts is a must.

Hours 9AM-5:30PM

Essential criteria:

  • Exceptional organisational skills        
  • A bright & bubbly disposition        
  • Excellent phone manner        
  • Proficient and experienced in Microsoft Office and Excel        
  • Ability to quickly learn and manage computerised record systems           
  • Database management          
  • Minimum of 12 months full time office experience

Desired criteria:

  • Proficient and experienced in Social Media management
