Style HQ is a leading fashion distributor specializing in designer European/US imports. A rare job opportunity for a newly created position of Admin & Marketing Co Ordinator has opened due to exciting company growth.



Assisting our National Brand Managers, we are looking for an energetic all-rounder to join our head office sales team. You will work across a variety of marketing and administrative duties within our Sydney based office. The role will include the below tasks and will continue to evolve over time and remain multifaceted, suiting a generalist marketer who can easily adapt.

  • Social media marketing: Developing our content plan, creating content, scheduling and reporting on performance for both wholesale and our retail stores.
  • EDMS: planning and creating regular campaigns and automated flows for our wholesale brands.
  • Range preparation of collections
  • Attending to enquiries via email, phone and online chat and front of house ambassador during selling periods.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Experience across all Social media marketing platforms
  • Email marketing, content and using relevant platforms such as Mailchimp.
  • Able to work autonomously, as well as within a team.
  • A creative thinker with outstanding attention to detail
  • Driver’s license
