Admin/Marketing Assistant
International theatre/concert promoter is seeking an Admin/Marketing Assistant. Permanent part-time role, Mon-Thu approx. 30-38 hrs/wk, flexible schedule (to suit school hours etc.) available for the right applicant. Immediate start required. Office located in Helensvale, Gold Coast.
A snapshot of the work:
- Updating sales reports
- Talking to venues and ticketing agents to set-up our tours
- Booking advertising
- Creating concert posters and promotional materials
- Creating social media content for our multiple stage shows
- Updating our concert websites
- Ad hoc administration activity to support the small management team
Essential Requirements:
- Experience with Mac
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel
- Basic Photoshop skill
- Experience with social media platforms
- Hard-working, super organised, exceptional written and verbal communication, attention to detail
Desirable:
- Graphic design experience
- Multi-media experience (photography, videography)
- Social media management experience (Facebook, Instagram)
- Web design skills (Basic)
- A demonstrated interest in the entertainment industry and/or marketing
