Admin/Marketing Assistant

International theatre/concert promoter is seeking an Admin/Marketing Assistant. Permanent part-time role, Mon-Thu approx. 30-38 hrs/wk, flexible schedule (to suit school hours etc.) available for the right applicant. Immediate start required. Office located in Helensvale, Gold Coast.

A snapshot of the work:

  • Updating sales reports
  • Talking to venues and ticketing agents to set-up our tours
  • Booking advertising
  • Creating concert posters and promotional materials
  • Creating social media content for our multiple stage shows
  • Updating our concert websites
  • Ad hoc administration activity to support the small management team

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience with Mac
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel
  • Basic Photoshop skill
  • Experience with social media platforms
  • Hard-working, super organised, exceptional written and verbal communication, attention to detail


  • Graphic design experience
  • Multi-media experience (photography, videography)
  • Social media management experience (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Web design skills (Basic)
  • A demonstrated interest in the entertainment industry and/or marketing
