We started from humble beginnings 10 years ago and are proud to be a female-founded, family-run business in Melbourne’s beautiful eastern suburbs. 

Due to growth and a heap of exciting plans in store, we’ve not only recently upgraded to bigger digs, but we are also looking for our next Account Manager to help service our growing client base!

The Role

Reporting to the Director, SOURCEY.M is looking for a brilliant customer-focused Account Manager who will not only be responsible for the achievement of budgets, revenue growth and client retention but the unparalleled SOURCEY.M client experience.

About You

We’re looking for someone who can bring their A-game every day, with a can-do attitude and a natural ability to build rapport with clients. You’ll be working with a talented and dynamic team, and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to flex your creative muscles.

• Experience in a busy sales environment and knowledge of promotional merch industry
• Have a customer-first focus in everything you do
• Understanding of the sales and marketing function
• Work autonomously, proactively and professionally
• Be adaptable to individual customer needs and changing priorities
• Trustworthy and reliable
• Exceptional attention to detail and clear communicator
