We challenge the status quo by daring our educators and people in the society responsible for giving hope to our next generation. We are here to help our young people figure out what's next before they complete school. Most of us don't know what we want to do at that stage of our lives. There is a lot of pressure in finishing school and going to university or taking a vocational pathway. But very little focus on understanding the WHY? - Why we educate ourselves and how does that help us become contributing citizens of society. Grand Company has evolved solely to bridge the gap between education and the real-world. Over the last 2.5 years, we have established collaborative partnerships with employers and schools to deliver innovative projects to help thousands of Australian students develop the skills needed to help them enter the workforce with confidence, now and in the future.
